Month 1: Discovery and initial training sessions tailored to your workflows. Months 2–6: Ongoing live trainings (2x/month), use case evaluation, and hands-on coaching. Months 7–12: Your team is self-sufficient, and we shift to advanced topics and new tool adoption.

We work best with cross-functional groups: finance, accounting, FP&A, and operations. The ideal starting group is 5–20 people, though we’ve scaled programs to 1,000+ across the enterprise. Leadership buy-in accelerates adoption, so we recommend at least one Director or senior leader as a sponsor.
